I love a new year and new start, but it always feels like I’m behind when January kicks in.
This year, I’ve decided to clear the decks before the New Year comes in, and I’m going to start in November. Why? Because when December comes it’s already going crazy and I’m saying yes to everything that’s happening as I have FOMO – Fear Of Missing Out!
I’m going to take myself through the Soul Coaching® 28 day program – and I’m doing it in a way I’ve never done before. I’m jumping straight in with it on 1st November and setting the intention that all I do for 28 days will be to support what I do in 2024.

There will be daily tasks to complete, and the beauty is that you can do this within 30 minutes a day. But surely it would take more than that? Yes … and no! I get great results by just focusing on me for 30 minutes for a day.
And you won’t have to do it alone.
As your coach and guide on this journey, I will be with you every step of the way. We will have weekly Zoom calls and daily emails to offer you continued support.
All online sessions will be group coaching at 7pm London, UK time (check the dates for your diary section for times). Information will be recorded for you to view should you not be able to make the live session, but you will gain much more by being present.
As a bonus, you will also get a one to one call with me once you’ve completed the program to help you get really clear on 2024 and what you desire.

Deposit and Payment Options
You can spread the cost of the program with regular payments.
A deposit of £97 is required to secure your place.
Your balance is due in two payments on 10th November and 24th November.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and you will not progress in the group if payments are not made.
