What happened in your past life?

I believe that we have been here before, and that we continue to come to Earth to have a human experience that will allow us to grow and develop spiritually.  Sometimes, we bring with us some of the talents and know-how from our previous lives, and we can also bring with us some of the problems too!  If you have answered yes to any of the questions above, then taking a Past Life Journey will help you to resolve some of those issues, or help you to just find out who you were!

As your coach, I will help you discover your past lives, and allow you to tune into those events that have taken place in the past, help you to change them, so that they no longer stop you in this life. Your past does not have to equal the future, so you are going to be able to make shifts in your life to move where you need to go to!

What happens during your Past Life Journey?

Before we start, we will set an intention in what you would like to do, discover or just watch. Once that has been done, we will then begin the journey to your past life. You are in a safe environment to just watch and observe – or take part in that life and make changes as you need to! We will then come back into the present time and place, and allow you to recognise any changes that have taken place.

My Own Personal Experience

Here is a personal example of one of the many past life journeys that I have been on, and how I made changes to help me in this life;

I set the intention that I wanted to improve my public speaking. I was aware that I was often scared, worried, anxious and just not sure what to say or if I did I would go through it so quickly I am sure no body heard me. As I went into the past life, I found myself in Egypt as a Spiritual Priestess or Leader, and sitting ready to address many people. As I got up to give my speech, I was speared into the heart by one of my lovers! I died at that moment, and left not being able to say what I needed to. Within my journey, I changed it. I went back to the day before I was due to give the speech, and made sure that there were guards or people standing in the way, so that I was able to give my speech without being killed. This worked, and I gave my speech, and was able to speak from the heart.

From that point in time, I have been able to give many speeches in public events, each one coming from the heart.

The Past Life Journey costs £80 and is for approximately 1 hour.
