Before you start clutter clearing, you need to know what it is you are doing it for. This may seem simple, but having a reason behind the clutter clearing can give you a focus, especially when you want to give up or just let it be. Of course I’m talking from personal experience there!
What do you want to change in your life? Think about that question this week, and then as you come up with the answer, think about how it would make you feel if you made that change. This is simplest way of keeping a focus on what you want to change and help you to make the changes you need. Keep asking the same question until you come to a single word or emotion and you will know what it is because it will feel right to you.
