The Element of Earth

In the last part of these blogs on the elements, I am focusing on the element of Earth.  Earth is a very important element, and please forgive the really bad joke… but if we didn’t have the element of Earth, well I think we would be floating around in space.  I told you it was bad!  In seriousness though, the element of Earth represents our physical body and is our own connection to Mother Earth. read more

The Element of Fire

I love the element of Fire.  It has the power to create and yet destroy at the same time.  It can be contained to nurture, to keep us warm, but when left unattended it can grow wild and cause havoc.   Fire is also another essential element, because of all of the reasons above… well maybe not the destroying and causing havoc part!  However, Fire is an important part of who we and we use the element of Fire in more ways than we probably realise. read more

The Element of Water

Following on from the element of Air yesterday, today I am looking at the element of water and how it connects to us as people. Water is also another important element, without it we wouldn’t get too far! We drink it, wash in it, use it to clean our clothes and dishes, but also we use to help our vegetables and plants grow as well. There is so much more to the element of water too. read more

The Element of Air

I was chatting with a friend, and realised that it is nearly 5 years since I first took the Soul Coaching® training to become a Soul Coach. Turning Points

I think that we all know the turning points in our lives. The times when things changed in our lives. This may have been good things, it may have been not so good things, but we can trace back those events that we cherish and would rather forget. I remember one of the turning points in my life, and it was when I discovered Denise Linn. I used to listen to Hay House Radio everyday at work and learnt about different types of Spirituality and ways that I could improve my life.
